I am Charlotte, founder of Citrine & Champagne, a consulting boutique devoted to spark the new wave of business for soul-led entrepreneurs and sustainable & ethical organisations, powered by luminous transformation, community building, business growth, people & culture, soulful strategy, conscious systems and communication services.

With an MSc in International Business, Culture and Human Resource Management, I was trained to understand not only markets and models, but the intricate dynamics of people and change.
My professional foundation was forged over seven years in management consulting at Capgemini, EY, and a high-growth start-up.

Over the years I’ve learned to think strategically, execute precisely, and navigate complexity with clarity and composure. Yet alongside structure, I have always honored soul and creativity.
For more than four years, I have built and led my own ventures as a spiritual entrepreneur, transformation coach, and intuitive artist. This dual devotion to transformation in the business space as well as the personal and entrepreneurial space, allows me to perceive what others often overlook: the subtle architecture beneath sustainable success.

As a certified Change Practitioner and Transformation Leader, I guide organizations and visionary founders through evolution that is both measurable and meaningful. I do not believe in hollow growth or surface level practices. I believe in holistic business, soulful refinement and creating conscious systems you are able to hold sustainably over time.
